30-Day Return Policy
At Lumora, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Personal care products that have been opened or used.
- Gift cards.
- Clearance or final sale items.
Refund Process
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
